About Group Medical Visits

You can do a GMV any time you have a question
GMVs are for any issues that do NOT require a prescription
• Patients can usually get an appointment within 1-3 weeks
• These are available to all patients who have been referred to us (even if you have not had your 1:1 consultation)
Format
• 1 hour Zoom virtual visit
• ~10 patients per visit
• You can ask questions and learn from other patients' questions

GMV schedule:

Mondays – 10:00 am – Dr. Arseneau
Tuesdays – 10:00 am – Dr. Arseneau
Wednesdays – 11:30 am - Dr. McKay
Wednesdays – 12:00 pm - Dr. McKay
Thursdays – 10:00 am – Dr. Arseneau
Thursdays – 12:00 pm – Dr. McKay
Fridays – 10:40 am – Dr. Arseneau
Fridays – 12:00 pm – Dr. McKay

NO SHOW FEE & seeing the same doctor more than once on the same day.

Please note that a no-show fee applies to these visits unless you cancel within two business days. When you book a spot and don't show up, that means that somebody else missed out on an appointment slot. We have not been diligent in billing these in the past, but increasingly, a number of patients book appointments and just don't show up. Given the size of our patient population, every no-show is a missed opportunity for another patient.

MSP only allows you to see the same doctor once on a given day. When you book twice with the same doctor, that means the clinic incurs costs and another patient misses an opportunity.

You will be charged $30 plus GST unless you cancel your appointment two business days before the appointment.

You will also be charged $30 plus GST if you book a group a GMV if you have seen the same doctor in another visit on the same day.

Note:
• Don't book a GMV on the same day that your are doing a group or other visit (e.g., Core Group or Group Medication Visit)
• This does not apply to special lectures / webinars
• MSP only covers one visit per day
No Show policy: please cancel your appointment within 2 business days. Otherwise a $30 + GST No Show fee applies
